Dealer is going to replace the main battery in hopes of resolving the start/stop issue and the many error codes. The bad news is that they can't get a hold of one until nearly 3 weeks from now.
I'm positive. I understand that there are several parameters which will disable the feature, but this issue has persisted even when those parameters are eliminated.
Do you mind forwarding me that information, if you still have it handy? The dealer has replaced my intelligent battery sensor (I think that was it), but the feature has never worked consistently. It typically works for a day or two after they reset the system, and then stops working again...
Just experienced the same issue: service power steering, auto emergency braking unavailable service required, service electronic steering control, active lane management unavailable service required, and active lane management limited blind spot alert unavailable error codes suddenly appeared...
The dealer spent a considerable amount of time trying to figure out why I got an error message when trying to use the weather app, only to find out later that a subscription is required. I have no idea why an error message displays instead of a notification that the app requires a subscription.
I had the same issue, and I contacted Jeep, who told me that the entire app is completely disabled unless you subscribe to the "Assistance" package. You will see that screen until you subscribe to that package.
My trial expired, and while I expected some functionality of the app to require a subscription, I was surprised to learn that the entire app is completely disabled unless you subscribe to the "Assistance" package.
I did something similar, and I'm not happy about it either. I'd like to see if I can gently remove one of the grommet/flex tubes and pass the wire through there.
I have the Limited with the tow package, and I don't see it either. I also don't see the navigation item, even though I have navigation and it's still active.
I'm a bit confused by the 4WD system on the Limited. The manual describes the 4WD as "on demand," which sounds more like AWD to me, but I could be misinterpreting that phrase. I noticed in the off-road pages of the Uconnect system that my 4WD high indicator seems to go off at speeds above ~ 35...
After 8 days, I finally got my car back. They were able to fix the SOS issue, but the auto stop/start will never work very well, I'm told. The technician said the stop/start battery is undersized and unable to maintain a charge. It works intermittently now, but nothing like other cars with...
I was unaware of the updates until I went to the dealer.
My vehicle has been at the dealer since Monday to address these issues, with no ETA for completion. It's now been at the dealer 9 of the 42 days I've owned it. I'm still optimistic things will get fixed, but I'm definitely a bit...
