I just concluded a chat session with the appropriate FCA Jeep chat, Michael, by name and he was not helpful at all. In fact, although this is the 6th new Jeep that I have purchased, it will likely be my last based on the total lack of customer service that I have received.
I just keep getting told, "Our system is updating, and we cannot give you any information right now" That is using the link provided and clicking on the Chat button. The dealer is not helpful at all, either.
