I’ve been having the same issue. I noticed a pattern of starting with the app the seats don’t turn on. Starting with the key fob the seats typically turn on. Assuming the car doesn’t turn off within a minute of starting which is another quirk I have yet to figure out.

Unfortunately I’ve been having the same issue on my altitude. Incredibly annoying between 36-50mph most noticeable at 43mph, dealer drove it and doesn’t think anything is wrong… I plan on taking it to another dealer for a second opinion. I find it hard to believe the noise I hear is “normal”...
