Interesting. Seems to be a typo. Still there in the file on Jeep's site. For the UConnect 5 on the limited (standard feature), any idea what it means to have a 10.1 inch display and yet only an 8.4 inch touchscreen? How would that work?

Where are you getting this info? I'm dying for the build and price to go live, so I can configure mine and figure out what I want to order.Unfortunately is precisely that. The glass screen is larger than the touchscreen portion.
Imagine the old ipads where the real screen behind the glass was actually smaller. Black bezel around.
For the Limited you can upgrade to the 10.1 display and 10.1 touchscreen and alpine audio for $995.
Overland comes std with the Alpine audio system but also with the 8.4 touchscreen. To upgrade to the 10.1 is $1795 because the upgrade includes the Mcintosh audio system.
Earlier post has the spec availability for each trim:Where are you getting this info? I'm dying for the build and price to go live, so I can configure mine and figure out what I want to order.

Just watched a walk around video of Grand Cherokee L Summit with the 5.7L Hemi at the Tulsa auto show and it was the standard Hemi with no eTorque. The hemi engine information listed above seems to be the standard hemi with no eTorque---is that correct?
I think the 10.1 is referring to the instrument cluster and the 8.4 to the Uconnect. For the UConnect 5 on the limited (standard feature), any idea what it means to have a 10.1 inch display and yet only an 8.4 inch touchscreen? How would that work?
