Yakima Skybox 18 Carbonite Cargo Box

Yakima Skybox 18 Carbonite on the Snailfly OEM-style crossbars. Went with the Skybox because it supports 42” spacing between bars letting me use the rear mounting position (which works much better for my tandem kayak). The Skybox 21 will fit too as it is the same length and width, just 2” taller (18” vs 16”).

Any idea if the 16 will fit the distance between the cross bars?


EDIT: I think i found my answer, it looks like the 16 only goes 36" apart and I think the crossbar distance is 40"

Good table. Also worth nothing the rear hatch opens with plenty of room to spare. The 18 and 21 are perfect boxes size-wise.
