I'm trying to connect my Pixel 6 Pro to UConnect 10.1 using wireless Auto. Just wont connect. I have the latest UConnect update.. Works fine when connected to USB. Anyone with similar problems and/or solutions?

Try using Bluetooth first, does that work? After Bluetooth is working make sure your wireless networking is enabled on your phone.

If none of that works try restarting your phone and if that doesn't work factory reset your headunit.

I did try Bluetooth first. However, I deleted the phone pairing. Restarted both phone and UConnect. Repaired again and Bluetooth phone appears okay. Will give it a few days to see if it's stable then will add Android Auto.

I've had a similar problem from day 1 (also using my Pixel 6 Pro). With wireless Android Auto it always seems to state that "my wireless connection is unstable" despite being a few inches from the uconnect screen. Resorted to wired connectivity for now until updates are available.

Likewise, using the wired Android Auto also. Waitiing for the next uConnect update and/or Pixel 6P update ti see if it works.

I find it ironic that uConnect uses the Android OS and my Google phone is Android and Google developed Android OS and Android Auto doesn't work for me..

I have a pixel 6, same stuff, constantly disconnecting, connect throwing modals that I have to hit OK on, it's miserable. If I need AA I wire it. I have actually considered getting an AA Wireless, Carsify, or MA1 adapter to handle the wireless connectivity.
Seeing users with other manufacturers of android phone not having issues is such a bummer. I was all in to stay with the pixel line but this gives me pause.
