My Answer:​

First, I would like to have a beautiful destination Like London & Brighton Areas, full of butterflies, pleasant weather, a lot of trees, concreted road and dried leaves scattered everywhere. Second, a familiar stranger with whom you can talk effortlessly, share all your wild secret wishes. Last but not the least nice food.
