I own a 2016 WK2 and based off of "artists interior renderings" - or were they of the WL? hmmm ! I was hoping the Exterior would NOT look as Familiar as the rendering shown here . But I am also "looking at" the Wagoneer as another option for a Late 2020 or early 2021 buy ?. IF the power to weight ratio leads to MPG as Comparable to my current WK2 V6 -- 18 & 25 (true to form) I'd be "satisfied," but would be hoping for an Improvement, however slight, considering humanity IS nearing the end of the 1st quarter of the 21st Century, and we've a Planet to "save" !?. IF I had the means and logistics were "good" I'd Seriously Consider one of the Electrics - Rivian comes to mind, or if "they" could come up with a Good HyBrid alternative -- all in the name of Overland Adventures (for my uses) .

Oh, I didn't realize that, or more likely forgot ?!. Well do we know how OLD the photo is ? Is it a photo-shop effort ? Is is possible this is not the final exterior design ?

Its from the design studio of the final design.

If this is actually what the new design will look like, then I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. I was hoping for a better update than just squaring off the nose. The existing headlight design looks better than this. The comment that the squared off design is more in keeping with a Range Rover doesn't ring true - the current Range Rover and Range Rover Sport both have a nose that looks very similar to my 2017 Summit - if anything, a squared off nose is more in keeping with the 2020 Explorer. My lease is up in January and i was really looking forward to upgrading - but this makes me doubt whether I will upgrade to another Jeep. I sincerely hope the new design is more appealing than this rendering.

I have to agree with 'the-rift' . It took 8 years for the WK2 to get it to look "sexy good," which is why I bought the 2016 in Recon Green, and now this Square Jawed version shows up, ugh . Might have to reconsider the Wagoneer even though I can see IT easily costing 7K to 10K more .
Of course I could simply keep driving my tried & true WK2 (rhyme unintentional, ha) . ?
