2022 L Overland- Nav system works fine but no traffic info/gas pricing etc. First two calls was told that my model didn't have this coverage. Third call I read the sticker that says "Connected Travel and Traffic Services" under interior features. I was then told to do a reset and factory reset which didn't work. Now waiting on a call back which is supposed to happen in 2 business days. Anyone have this issue and/or a resolution?

Day 3 received callback saying “still working on it”. Asked when I should expect to hear something and was told could be today could be tomorrow but if no progress was made I would hear back in 2 days at the longest to let me know if any progress was made. I guess I give them credit that they did call back but I am really glad this is just annoying but really not that important since I can use Waze.

Still interested in anyone else has had this type issue.

I get traffic on the nav in my limited but it takes a minute to load each time I switch back to the nav screen

I had to enable it in the options

Day 14 call #5 to tell me still working on it and will call me again on Tuesday with update (that will be day 17 call #6). Since my issue is insignificant vs most here, I ALMOST find the process humorous except it is kinda ridiculous. I will give the people who call me credit, when they say they are going to call they do and they tell me that there is no progress with such professionalism, I don’t even consider shooting the messenger (yet anyway).

Mine still doesn’t work. Was told a month ago that the software was being packaged up for delivery. Now I get no response. I’m pissed with these folks right. Ow. 76k vehicle with major issues

Day 19 got my regularly scheduled call. This time the message was they were suspending my case as they did not know when the software update would be available. They will email when it is though. Can’t make this up.
