Resurfacing this. Traffic working for anyone? I’ve pretty much stopped using nav. Waze or Apple Maps through CarPlay these days.

Mine isn’t working from day one. It’s been three months since i had my GCL summit and navigation with traffic comes on when it feels like it but never stays on the whole time. I think the uconnect’s previous version was much better than this crap.

Alright let’s play another round of “does traffic work”. Still doesn’t work in our overland.

I’m now working with jeep exec escalation team regarding our issues. Today we discussed traffic showing up in nav. I was told now that you to have jeep connected services for it to work. Funny thing is, I’ve had it since day 1 almost a year ago now. Don’t see where connected services has ever allowed traffic to work. Has anyone ever had it work?

Now they are saying you have to have the navigation subscription. I told them i want ding it until I received notification that they would pay for the service because I didn’t feel it would work. So they agreed and have issued a refund.

Bought the service. Guess what….4 hours later…traffic still doesn’t work. ;).

Traffic never worked since day 0, vehicle health/remote features on app/app itself didn’t work until November of 21’ after driving off the lot in late august.

Update. I had a long call with my rep and this has been escalated because “you should have traffic services with this subscription”. My response, I’ve been telling that this has not worked once but no one will listen. So tomorrow I should have a call from a tier 2 specialist. This person will more than likely just tell me to reset and move on. Which I’ve done. So I’m sure a tier 3 specialist will call soon and so on and so forth and what have you. Frustrated is an understatement.

Another update.

We have a tbm update that goes in Oct 3rd when we are back from vacation “all 2021 models have issues with connected services but the 22 and new models do not. When this update is applied, your connected services will work”. So here is what you should tell your dealership if you have a 21 model. I have a 21 overland. Don’t know if this should apply to any other trim level.

As usual, they are full of shit. I was having different Uconnect issues. They had my dealer perform that update back in JANUARY. It fixed my problems. But, I still don't have traffic. Never did,

Got the jeep back today. Y’all, they updated the tbm. Went off without. Hitch. We told it was fixed. Connected services STILL. DOES. NOT. WORK. ;). They seriously thought it was going to fix the issue.
