Surround View Cameras Not Working

Anyone have this issue? I've searched various terms through this forum and thru threads but haven't found this posted in some time (at least since 22 MY came out and don't see it on the TSB list)

After 1k miles, hit my first glitch today.....all of my exterior cameras are now out on the surround view system and only showing graphics/vehicle travel lines. In reverse, backup camera isn't working either. I've tired multiple on/off cycles of the car over the past couple hours and multiple soft resets of the Uconnect system.

Have you tried pressing both radio knobs for 20ish seconds until the radio reboots?

Unfortunately I've tried that more than once

You may want to consider filing this with NHTSA. I think backup camera failure is one of the things NHTSA will have manufacturers do mandatory recalls. It would benefit not just GCL owners, but anyone around us when we are operating the vehicles.

Check to see if all your fuses are fully seated in their slots.

Update.... Dropped off yesterday to have issue looked at with surround view cameras. Was not a simple software update so a new module was ordered and installed today per FCA direction. Dealer says that didn't work and they are presently wirelessly looking at the issue with FCA for a STAR case.....and they can't figure out why the cameras all went out 🤦‍♂️.

And so it begins. But still wouldn't go back and not buy my GCL. This is why we have warranties.
