Y’all, I cannot make this up. I received a call yesterday from a very nice lady with jeep. She said “mr. Mauldin, I’m calling to check to see how your system is working since you received the update ota”. I said to her “ma’am, my system hasn’t updated since I got the vehicle 4 months ago. Same version, same problems. Her response “my records indicate you received the build to fix your issues. So I had to jump through hoops yet again by sending pictures of the version and pull down the top of the screen so they could have the date and time. I honestly don’t think I will ever get all that I have paid for. So did anyone of y’all get the update?

How recently did you get an update?
I had a missed call yesterday letting me know the update was pushed. Checked this morning….same version. Same issues. I want to enjoy this vehicle and I know it seems silly but when I bought this overland and make that monthly payment on time….I want to know I’m getting what is being paid for.

Why does my build number look so different.. I have a different trim (by the looks of your head unit) could this be why

Got a call from Jeep today that I need to take it in to the dealership to have the entire system refreshed. Supposedly it will take 2 hours to complete so that means I will get it back next week. Fingers crossed that all this is resovled. @bighead did your update resolve the issues you were having? Does connected services work?
I think the .99 update actually released in November. I have had it since then. It fixed nothing.
So I got this update the day I bought my car (almost 3 weeks now). I have only experienced one glitch with wireless car play so far and the screen has flashed once while driving. Everything else seems to work fine otherwise.
