Rattle noise b pillar or rear passenger door (driver side)

My vehicle started to make a rattling noise in the b pillar (between rear passenger door and driver door exactly t the area where seatbelt is located) anybody else has this problem or just me

I have this issue too. Particularly annoying because it’s right beside your ear.

I have tow rattles on the driver side door. One is where the triangle plastic part is down by the side mirror, but inside. The second rattle is up on the plastic door seal, right in the middle.

I have an occasional light rattle on driver side, which i'm pretty sure is the seat belt height adjuster (maybe the spring in it?). Anytime i hear it, it'll stop when i touch the adjuster.
