Quadra-lift “Selected ride height not permitted”

Had our GCL for about two weeks now, haven’t even hit 500 miles yet, and am getting a message that says “Selected ride height not permitted” when trying to adjust the height of the Quadra Lift suspension. It will only go between Aero and Exit height. Anyone else had this issue yet?

I haven't got my GCL yet, but I am curious what drive mode you're in. I ask because I have read that sport mode drops the ride hight to aero mode am wondering if that has anything to do with it.

Also weight dependent when you need OR2…… had 6 passengers today with a full tank of gas and couldn’t get OR2

Height is speed dependent. For example, at the middle setting, you’ll see it automatically lower once you go above about 35 mph
It adjusts from normal ride height to aero at ~60mph not 35mph. It should go back to NRH when you slow down to 30mph.

It's also not totally dependent on speed. If you are in sport mode it will be in aero mode no matter what speed. Similar behavior for the off-road settings.

I have an overland and will get strange messages like ride height not permitted when it's in aero mode even though I never go fast enough for aero mode. Happens even if I'm parked. I also get air suspension cooling down messages frequently.

Car was at the dealership for 44 days while they tried to fix it. Replaced everything, compressor, valve body, air lines, sensors, air bags and it still does this stuff. I don't think it's working correctly but I guess it might be.Screenshot_20211221-222443.png

All of this was with no load and set to Auto in Selec-Terrain. Won’t let me change to snow, sand, or rock either - only sport or auto. Have it going in next week for the headlight recall - hopefully they’ll be able to address it then.
