$8,600+ price increase vs. V6 Trailhawk. Oooof. I'm sure it'll be a great option for those who want it and are okay with paying for it. But I'm glad I didn't wait around. I assumed a $3k-$5k increase, not early $9k.

Most of the price increase should be canceled out by the $7500 federal tax credit.
They must be counting on that since it looks like the option packages, Advanced ProTech Group III - $2,235, (formerly $1,995), and Luxury Tech Group IV - $2,155, (formerly $1,995) are now $400 more expensive on this model, with the identically configured Overland listing at $9,060 more for the 4xe version. So that credit doesn't quite cover it.

I think there may have been a price increase across the board on option packages. Just ordered a V6 Trailhawk on Monday (1/24) and the Advanced ProTech Group III had that same price increase in the order system. (In fact, the every option as well as the base price of the vehicle had been increased fairly substantially). Not sure what it is across the board for other models, though.

Yes, my hope is the price increase is kinda transparent to me in a lease knowing the federal tax credit is supposed to be a capital cost reduction.

Still kind of an expensive lease though. ~630$ a month with around 15k equity of my Trail Hawk rolled in, the 7500 tax credit, a 0.00098 MF, and a 47% RV for 42 months. RV might be a little higher then i figured...MF might be a little higher too, but that MF seems to be prevailing right about now. I am guessing these numbers at 12k miles a year.

This is all for an SR with the pro tech and wireless phone charger package.

Also, to note, if that Build Back Better plan ends up passing. This Jeep will just barley squeak under the proposed 80k limit for SUV's.
