Power Liftgate opens by itself (another problem in my 2021 GCL)

Does anybody else with this problem my GCL 2021 Liftgate opens by itself (not completely) while I’m driving also when I lock and unlock doors manually or using the key fob and i can’t opens manually (using the door switch)
