Pixel 6 Pro - Long press phone and wireless charging not working

I'm getting flashing red or no light when trying to wirelessly charge my pixel 6 pro.

Also, when a text comes in, I get no notification unless I'm on the Android auto screen (if I switch to Android auto screen, any texts that have come in will be displayed) or have Android auto disabled. But, if I disable Android auto, then long pressing the phone button isn't connecting to the pixel as my other cars do.

Any thoughts?

I had the same issue. My problem was that I was using a magnet sticker behind my phone, which blocked wireless charging. Also a thick phone case could cause this issue. After I removed both of them, it (kinda) worked. Now I see blue light, but the charger is absolutely garbage.
