Park sensor issues

Today while backing up into an empty driveway my Jeep suddenly beeped to warn me that there was something behind it. However there was not. Then the brakes engaged. Anyone have anything like this happen yet? Seems like a malfunction however I couldn’t reproduce the issue.

I've had that happen in my RAM 1500 at times with nothing there, most I can see is a shadow so I joke with my wife that the truck is scared of it's own shadow. I have not had it happen in my wife's GCL yet, have only owned it for about 3 weeks now.

Was there a slope to the drive, I do know that has caused mine to go off and there have been post on the Ram 1500 boards that it has happened to others when there are sloped drives.

My front sensor is slow to respond to items like my lawn mower in the garage. It is as if it is not sensitive to smaller objects.

I haven’t had this happen in my GCL, but it has happened a couple times in my ‘19 GC.
