Off-road 2 ride height not available due to payload

Anyone else experience this error/message when trying to raise to OR2? During my last 2 family vacas to the mountains, we weren't able to use OR2 due to an apparent payload issue. I'm sure we were close but definitely not exceeding the listed payload. Luckily OR1 was sufficient ground clearance to get us to our cabin both times. Somewhat concerning though in the event i need the extra (almost) inch of GC to get where im going. Even after emptying the truck of all gear and passengers/dogs/etc, the error will stay on for a little while until the truck realizes the weight reduction. Kind of annoying when you want to lift up to clean the wheel wells/etc directly after a trip.

I got the same message when all we had in the vehicle was like 4 people... I thought it was odd as well.

I got this again this weekend and we had just me and my wife and a maybe 50 pounds of stuff in the cargo area. I can find no information about this limit in any documentation.

I also got this message but was carrying quite a bit of stuff in the back. Not a great thing to discover in a moment when you are planning on needing the extra ground clearance.

I've gotte nthis message with just me in the vehicle and NOTHING in the back. It's a sensor error.

It's only happened to me twice, the last time it happened I turned the car off and back on and it worked, so I would agree with you. I informed the dealer about it and they said they couldn't replicate it so have a nice day.
