No sound from radio

22 GCL, wife said the radio cut out on here tonite on her way home. Phone was still connected to Bluetooth but no sound from the radio, XM or music on her phone. Anyone had this problem and is there a soft reset on Uconnect 5?

You can hold the tuning button & power button for about 10 seconds, and that will "reboot" it.
