Hi there,
We wanted reach out to you to bring to your attention an issue with your Mopar extended service contract. It has been brought to our attention earlier this week that there is an administrative issue with your contract in the state of California.
This is due to the state of California now having a policy where it's residents cannot purchase Mopar warranties out of state at a discounted price.
Mopar let us know that these existing plans will be canceled if we do not have a solution for these plans. We wanted to reach out right away so that none of our customers were in the dark with this issue and we can get a head start to come up with a solution so that you can continue to have coverage on your vehicle.
As of now, your coverage is currently in good standing and if you have an existing claim in process, it will be covered without issue. However, to fix this administrative issue, we have a couple of different options.
Best Regards,
Granger Extended Warranty Team

As of now, your coverage is currently in good standing and if you have an existing claim in process, it will be covered without issue. However, to fix this administrative issue, we have a couple of different options.
- You can provide us with an alternative address that is not in the state of California. The vehicle does NOT have to be registered there and your coverage will still be valid in California for claims, but we cannot register the contract to a California address. If you have an alternative address whether that is a second home, relative or friend you can use outside of California please respond to this email and we will cancel your existing contract and reinstate a new contract with the same terms and conditions at no cost to you at the new address.
- You can cancel your contract and receive a refund for the pro-rated amount left on the vehicle. If you choose this route, we would need a picture of your current mileage and we can cancel the contract and process the refund for you.
Best Regards,
