Hah yeah I have the same problem with the seat back memory. Every time I get in it moves more upright.

I believe there is an update for early versions that is supposed to fix the memory in the seat module.
You may want to check with dealer for that one.

Thanks for posting this question. I have an issue I haven’t seen yet posted and hope that @JeepCares can help. I have 3,300 miles on my Grand Cherokee L Overland and had a radio issue last week. Brought it into the dealership and they did the recall and first oil change. Seemed to fix the issue. Later that day, a ‘service transmission’ message popped up on my dashboard. Three trips back to the dealership since for it to be gone and then back again, and no solution has been presented. I’m ok with working out the bugs to some extent, but this one doesn’t feel good. Dealership has been great, but I need answers.

Feel free to send us a private message if you plan to revisit the dealer for this.

You don’t have a signature line that I can see. You should check your settings.

I’m sorry, I don’t have a start conversation button. Where do I find this? Can I be emailed or called?

You can certainly call Jeep Cares at 877-426-5337 to speak with one of our agents if that works better for you!

I’m going in on Friday to have my front lower control arms replaced and just going to ask about a buyback. The list of issues with this thing is getting longer and longer and the dealers are basically useless.

That Land Rover defender is looking real good right about now…
What issues did you have to have the control arms replaced?

have about 800 miles on v8 overland, suddenly a few days ago second row drivers side seat will not go down by the button. (probably something mechanical, you can hear the servo kick in, but no motion)
Dealer found the controller module for the seat was bad. They ordered the replacement but it is a week out... assuming no issues with the chip shortage

I took my Jeep in for a list of new issues, as well as the current ones that were delayed due to parts. My service director told me, that nationwide any GCL that has an issue will automatically have a STAR case issued by corporate. I think Jeep finally sees there is a quality issue from the factory and they are looking to mitigate it. Hopefully we all start receiving better outcomes.
