Limited with Lux package?

Seems like the Limited model with the luxury package hasn’t hit the showroom floors yet in the chicago area.
My thoughts are that this combo isn’t making it out until the next wave of dealer deliveries, maybe around July 9?
Has anyone seen this in their area yet?
I’ve put a deposit on an “incoming model that’s in Ohio storage” and the dealer has already been invoiced for it, so my hoping is that it should be around that 7/9 timeline. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I saw one today with the Lux at my local dealer.
Many in transit around.
Use the Search Inventory option on the website and filter for Lux Tech II.

I purchased a Limited 4x4 with Luxury package off the lot yesterday in Des Moines, IA. Got lucky I guess... They are out there!

I’ve not been fortunate enough to drive any of the upgraded models with the air suspension, but that said:
-I’ll be able to work on this vehicle’s suspension myself as it’s less involved
-The ride is smooth, quiet and seems to have plenty of pickup if you want to drive with a heavy foot. ‘Sport’ mode helps with my butt dyno calibration feel.
My feelings with a V-8 is that it would have felt heavy and cumbersome at low speeds. Although I travel the highways enough, I’m not towing. Personal feelings is that this is a huge vehicle overall, and I don’t need to show off by trying to take someone off the line from a red light.
-The sunroof/moonroof is pretty noisy when open.
-FamCam has been renamed “Dad, stop looking at me” or “DogCam”. Not too useful to us as part of the Lux package
-Ventilated seats work GREAT!
-Surround view cameras are worth it. This really is a big vehicle.
-Happy enough to manually fold the third row myself. Much faster than waiting for the power folding option on the upper models.
-Great quality leather that was needing to be heated in both rows of seats.
-Passive entry is a great feature. Not having to take the key out of your pocket is very nice and works much faster than past cars.

I wasn’t having much luck finding the Lux
Package on the lots near me, but fortune found me one. I’m super happy I didn’t settle for anything less in the WL.

I agree with all of this 100%. It feels MUCH larger than our 2018 Grand Cherokee. Technology advancements are amazing and the surround-view camera is VERY nice.

Went to my local dealer today (Richmond, VA) because they finally received their first few WLs and I wanted to test drive whatever I could get my hands on. My preference has long been a Limited with Lux II in Baltic Gray. As has been discussed, there is not a single one of these "in transit" nationwide. This particular dealer did have a few other colors with the Lux II package in transit, but the status of each on the Stellantis production site was "delayed."

I separately made an inquiry about the Lux II shortage via Jeep.com chat and received an email today after the matter was escalated. Was essentially told that Limiteds with Lux II are just not being made for the foreseeable future.

I ended up putting a deposit down on a Limited in Baltic Gray with pretty much every other add-on except Lux II and it's set to arrive this weekend.

There are some L's with lux2 on dealer lots according to search inventory. I ordered May 8 and am a retired after 39 yrs Chrysler employee and cannot get mine past D status. Guess Stellates doesn't honor employee loyalty!

This is what my dealer texted me

We called the factory the other day. Since the pricing was so close to the overland they got rid of the package on the limited and they're making everyone order an overland. I checked on the overland you can get the second row bench seat just like you want. Basically you'd either have to order an overland or deal with a limited minus a couple features.

and a Summit can be had for less than a similarly equipped Overland, but it won't have the off road group.

Not all Overlands have the off road group. Its an option, which by the way is still not available for ordering.
Or do you mean the tow package which is standard on Overland 4x4 and optional on Limited 4x4?

True that you could get a Summit for a little less than Overland, but you don't get the Mcintosh audio on the Summit but Alpine as standard. They are supposed to open the option for Mcintosh for Summit but as with many other options its still not available. If you want the Mcintosh is either Overland (with Entertainment group Uconnect adder) or the Summit Reserve adder.

Yep, its gone.
so whoever wants the Lux on their Limited should grab the few that have arrived dealers.
It could also be a bug , the Build site still have many errors. Like the Limited 4x2 only shows it with the upgraded 20” wheels and upgraded uconnect.
If you choose Limited 4x4 then you get std wheels and Uconnect.
Its very disorganized and they already planning to take preorders on the 2row in August.
They should be cleaning all the issues with WL75 before taking orders on the 74

Yes completely agree, I just scooped up a Limited with Lux II package. Between lot inventory and incoming they have 154 limited. The one I got was 1 of 8 that had the lux package

Picked up limited with lux 2 package, towing, dual pane sunroof off dealer lot on Friday. The one I ordered was stuck in limbo with the dealer not having anymore luck with finding out what was taking so long than what I could find out.I wanted side steps so the dealer ordered some and will put them on for about 200 bucks less than the option price go figure.
