Jeep connect services

Have any of you renewed your services yet? Some of mine expire today. Half the stuff during the trial didn’t work. But they now they want me to spend $14.99 to keep the ability to remote start and lock/unlock the doors. That doesn’t include the navigation part. The Navi is $9.99 more. Anyone have any luck getting them to extend it further as a trial?

I tried to get them to just give me three free months to make up for the fact that it hasn't ever worked properly. Refused.

pull the plug ☝️
I'm inclined to agree, but I can't even find the price for each package. Vehicle Performance trial is 5 years and Safety and Security is 10, so I'm not concerned about those, but two, Assistance and Navigation trials expire after 3 months and I'd like to at least know the cost, even if I decide not to subscribe. Can anyone point me to the price list?

The prices are listed on jeep connect within your portal that was created during vehicle purchase.

For me I will not renew. Just not enough benefit for an expensive monthly premium. I very seldom use what's available now. I believe its way over market price level. I am curious as to what percentage of people enroll.

Guess I'm just looking in the wrong place. I've been all over that site and, while I see the link for "manage subscriptions", which is where I would expect it might be, there is no pricing information displayed.

I looked again today and now that ours expired it doesn’t show the prices anymore. Not liking Jeep as far as this crap. Ford was way better.

Mine expired as well after 9 months, yes I got 9 months trial, don't know why. After considering it for about a week I decided to go for it, although I agree they could provide more functionality within the app, I was really using remote start so that alone sold me out. At least I'll be paying for it month to month so if it ever gets worst or won't be using remote start that much anymore I can cancel it.
I was just talking to a Hyundai Tucson owner a couple of weeks ago and was impressed about all the information they get on a similar app. Jeep is way behind overall!

My trial expired, and while I expected some functionality of the app to require a subscription, I was surprised to learn that the entire app is completely disabled unless you subscribe to the "Assistance" package.
