iPhone 13 Pro Max Magnetic Mount for vent?

Hi Friends!

Have you been able to find a good magnetic mount for an iPhone yet? Our vents are not the usual so not sure what good magnetic mount works. I'll send a $5 Starbucks card to the best solution as a thank you! I need one this week for upcoming travel.

I actually found a perfect mount that is for Magsafe iPhones - (12/13) and it fits perfectly in our vents: https://amzn.to/39iDqjA

I cobbled together two brands to make a perfect fit for my Overland. The cost was under $25.00 and I ended up with 3 more magnetic mounts for my other cars. Each box came with two. I had to swap bases since the air vent mount will destroy the leather and your ability to move the louver. I don't want my holder anywhere by the black piano finish, If my phone were to slip it would cause damage.

In my last car I just used the low profile magnetic mount that came with a base mount like the one in your photo. Very small form factor, and no interference with the rest of the dash. I hate the vent mounts b/c it cooks the phone even worse than the 'heated' phone holder in the dash and blocks the airflow, and isn't sturdy either. I've never understood why anyone uses those, except maybe in rental cars.

This company has a bunch of mount types. I wonder if you could use 3M trim adhesive to mount the Tahoe style bracket to the backside of the UConnect display and mount a MagSafe charger, with the wire tucked behind, without causing heat issues for the UConnect screen...
