Can’t get the high beam headlights to work. Handle moves forward but now high beams and no blue high beam light on dash.

Same on mine it’s because you have to disable the auto dim in unconnected settings
“ The Automatic High Beam Headlamp Control can be turned on or off by selecting “ON” under “Auto Dim High Beams” within your Uconnect Settings Ú page 160, as well as turning the headlight switch to the AUTO position.”

I was going to say the same thing, but Laredo's shouldn't have the auto high beams. Not listed as an option.

I spoke with Jeep and was told this is a known issue.

A work around is available if you turn the headlight switch to manual ON mode instead of Auto headlight ON mode. This will allow the high beams to function as normal.
Their engineers are aware of this and working on a solution. Hopefully it gets fixed quickly as I always leave my headlight switch on Auto.

My 2020 WK had the auto high beam feature and I never really liked it. It seemed too sensitive so I kept it disabled. I just want to be able to use my high beams while the switch is in Auto mode.

Come on Jeep let's get this fixed.........

I have the same issue. There was a previous thread about this. It’s a glitch that happens to GCLs without the auto dimming high beams. The high beams will work if you turn your headlights from auto to on. Not ideal, but you can use them if needed. Hopefully this will be resolved with a future software update.

Hi, JRUSS. At this time, internal engineers are working on a fix, but I do not know the details of it at this time. For now, the high beams will operate when the switch is set to manual. Please feel free to contact your dealer with any further questions.

Ejthomas, hopefully that answers your question as well. If not, we will follow up with you in private message shortly.
