Gas mileage

What's everyone getting for gas mileage in the V6 version? I only have a few hundred miles on my GCL, mainly driving around town, but I'm averaging 13 mpg. Is anyone having the same experience driving around time? Figured I would be getting at least 15-16.

I'm at almost 3K miles. Mostly shorter drives around 15 minutes but not always just stop & go. Only getting about 14 MPG which is very low. I watched a review where somebody said it improved after 3 K miles. I got 15 MPG for the same kind of drive on my 523 HP BMW X7 so if I sacrifice on power, I certainly expect a better gas mileage in return. I will ask the service department on Wednesday.

Thanks. I think the transmission takes some time to "learn" so maybe that has something to do with it? I had the same engine in my 2018 GC and always averaged at least 16mpg with the same drive that is only getting 13 in the GCL.

Headed to the dealer tomorrow to pick up my wife's new Wrangler so I'll see if they have any input on the mileage for the L.

I have 3k miles and have been getting 16.5 mpg. Just reset it and have been getting 18.5 but did alot of highway driving. I drove a 2018 Durango which I believe has the same V6 engine and it seemed to give me an additional 3 mpg better than the GCL

I'm at 6500 miles and get 15-16 driving to work. That's about half on county roads and about half highway driving. When going on longer drives I am getting 22-23 on the highway.

I'm a little over 3k and do mostly short trips.

I get 17ish on my day to day and 19.5 or so on a 1200 mile road trip doing mostly 77. Not bad but a little more would be nice.

On my first tank, driving mostly interstate from SC (where I picked it up) to FL, I managed a little over 20 MPG. Let's see what happens...

We just surpassed 2000 miles on our Limited 4x4 and we're averaging between 17-18 so far... mostly city driving.

Averaged a little over 20mpg on a trip from St. Augustine to just north of Raleigh, NC and back over Thanksgiving. ~2300 miles on the odometer. Was expecting more to be honest, our 20 GC Altitude averaged 26 on the same trip.

I have a little over 3000 miles on my 6cyl Overland, average mpg is at around 20, mixed city and highway in Denver area.
I swapped out the OEM tires for Falken Wildpeak AT Trail, have not noticed any significant increase in fuel consumption.

Have 21 GCL Limited 80% hwy driving, 6,200 miles on the odometer. I average between 20-22mpg per tank. This is going about 80mph on interstate in East TN.

Have a 21 GCL, 6-cylinder, average 16/17 in the city and 22/23 highway. Live in SE PA with plenty of hill. Drive on the highway at 78 mph.
