Had to take a 3.5 hour drive out to Long Island today for my wife’s cousin’s daughter’s first birthday party (I know, just brutal). I start chatting with one of the local guys about cars and how we need to turn in my wife’s lease and we‘re looking at the new Grand Cherokee (expecting him to not have a clue what I was talking about). He tells me the dealership 5 minutes down the road has the new GCL. It was already after hours but we stopped on the way home. Sure enough, they had a GCL Summit. It looked great, not at all like an stretched out GC. The dealership was Brown’s Jeep, Patchogue, NY. They were closed and the window sticker was pealed back but check out the pics. FYI, I did not see it listed on their website.E32DDEC9-8433-4D71-AD96-688673ADB5EC.jpegB11A1ACA-4B56-43FB-8556-E789F6A8AFA4.jpeg52C4672B-B0C2-46C1-85AC-DB85E23A7553.jpegEC91C1D0-58AF-4061-8048-1818C0ED9C4B.jpeg322C4C17-A603-4A84-A95C-4EA25D13D7C5.jpeg

Nice pictures, thanks for sharing.
Summits are two tone but on black you miss the contrast. Interested in how other Summit colors look like.
Wheels are ok, still not a fan. Hopefully an Overland shows up soon with the std wheels, the Overlands that have been around on shows are the Trail Rated version so no one has seen the std 20” wheels yet.

I was actually down there on Friday afternoon and took this for a ride. Absolutely loved it!!! I've had 5 Grand Cherokees in the family over the years ranging from '96 - 2018 and the GCL by fair is the nicest yet!!

Just test drove one, PA, (well not me but, I was in the passenger)It feels like the current GC, just with a touch more space and elegance.
Completely agree. Only reason I think the Summit felt better than the GC I am familiar with, the GCL had the air suspension, that might have given it a little nicer of a ride

Where in PA? I'm in VA, but if its not too far, I'll make the drive! No one close to DC has them yet.
I wouldn't do that, we were heading to tesla checking up on our cybertruck order and we saw it along the way, literally just one model. Most likely belongs to someone who ordered.

Is that the Silver Zenith exterior on the Summit and Summit R? It has a light blue tone in those pictures
Yes it is. I just went back and forth and am changing my order on my summit reserve because the dealer agreed that the silver zynith looks nothing like the confgurator on line. The launch pictures of the medium gray color is actually the Baltic grey...

Nice choice. The zynith does look sharp. The black roof contrast also works fine

I tried changing the color on my order and the dealership was firm that its not possible to do so. I had placed the order just 6 days prior...
