Eta system is updating.

What jeep means by "eta system is updating" for about 3 weeks now so my dealership cant even look up my order. And no one knows anything, no dates, nothing, no one knows when its coming back. What a bad experience I have with jeep lately lol

Agreed it's very strange and frustrating. I've had a Window Sticker from my 1/17 order since 4/10 - but haven't had any movement or updates since.

Yep same here. My Summit has been built and inspected since Feb 25. No ETA available since the delivery system has been updating for 3 weeks now. Who are the kidding?? NO computer system updates for 3 weeks!!!

Yes I was originally given a ship date of March 13th after the build and inspection was complete (Feb 25). Just found out today that the shipping system, that has been down for 3 weeks, is up after they replaced the entire system. Officially it will be available May 6th according to my dealer but FCA notified me this morning that my Summit is located at the Jessup MD rail yard awaiting truck shipment to the dealer since 24 Apr. My dealer is less than 50 miles from the rail yard. Anyway, looks like my Jeep will be in my hands soon!!!(y)

Yay! Thanks for the update. Mine has been in “shipping status” for 2 weeks now and im eager to get an official ETA.

4 months exactly from order to delivery for mine. I have 1400 miles on it now with no issues so hopefully it will continue
