I had a problem with an electronic constant humming noise that wouldn't go off while I was driving. When I parked it would not go off nor would the radio. I tried to turn off the car and bot the noise and the radio were still going. Then I couldn't start the car. I went into my office and came back out and everything seems to be fine now. Any ideas what that may be.
