It took about three months in my case. The problem is parts shortages. I've heard they've stopped the whole assembly line right now, but haven't confirmed this.

At least they gave you a car. A lot of people (including myself) have not been given a loaner, or a rental

They give a rental credit of $50/day max. That doesn't cover an e-bike where I live. Maybe a beach cruiser.

I think my screen went dead to. Car Play and sound still connect and work but the screen doesn't show anything. When I go in reverse that still works. Is your issue the same?

Update I took my Jeep into the dealership and the tech there said sometimes you if push in screen off button for 5 seconds it will reset. In my head I’m like what? That don’t make any kind of sense so when it inevitably didn’t work he left to check about ordering a new screen. While he was gone I was like why didn’t he try holding in the POWER button for 5 second. Sure enough the system reset and the screen came on. I am more mad at myself for not trying that 1st because I am a computer programmer and I tell me customers to do the basics 1st when stuff doesn’t work.

After getting my new Connect guts installed, the screen still flashes from time to time, the wireless CarPlay sometimes works immediately, other times doesn't connect for the first five minutes, other times only via wired connection. which it was also doing from day one. Who knows if it will grow worse )last time I ended up with basically no ability to use Connect, or here any kind of music at all. Seems to be a common problem.

When do you complete the buy back and get your new one?

Well... eventually. It's been a slow back and forth and mine is a bit more complicated as I've inadvertently ended up working with two different departments on mine. The ball is rolling slowly along, though. Hopefully deal will be reached by the end of the month. Part of it is my fault as I was in Hawaii for three weeks and didn't have all the paperwork they needed, etc. It's getting there.

After my console replacement the screen still flashes occasionally too.

If Boeing or Airbus produced electrical systems with this many faults, I would never set foot on their aircraft.
