Dash Cam

How did you route the wire to the rear camera. I already got the cable back to the ceiling of the rear cargo area. Not sure what direction I want to go next. Did you mount the camera on the windshield itself or on the roof header?

Now that a lot of use are starting to take delivery, what type of dash cam do you have?
Blackvue 900X-2CH Plus. It was easy to mount and hide the wire the front camera. Powered using the under dash fuse panel with micro fuse taps. Got the rear camera cable wired back to the ceiling of the cargo area. Not sure yet what the next step will be for me yet.

I'm using the "VIOFO Dual Dash Cam 2K" without issue... except I didn't hookup the rear camera because I haven't figured out how I want to do the wiring at the liftgate hinge area.

Likewise my concern also. Have the wire dangling from the rear cargo ceiling for now.

Kingslim DL12 Pro 4K Mirror Dash Cam, 12" Front and Rear View Camera for Cars with Dual Sony Sensor, GPS, Super Night Vision, Backup Camera and Parking Assistant. Works out due to my JGCL Limited does not have the Luxury Tech Group. Ran wires through the headliner for front and rear cameras. Easy install to me, was more time consuming being careful removing the plastic panels. Done.

Installed the BlackvueDR900X-2 CH. It's my 12th install and was fairly simple. As with any hatch/tailgate going through the existing grommet/flex tube is the way. Its very clean.

You'll have to pop off the tailgate lid piece. I placed tape on the photos below where the tabs are. You'll need to concentrate the prying there. They popped right off.

For other member's future reference:

This first photo is what is behind the tailgate panel partially removed above. You'll have to fish the rear camera wire through the hole to get to the grommet/flex tube.

I ran the rear camera wire along the driver's side roof liner. And brought it to the rearview mirror. I popped the cover of the mirror off and was able to mount the front facing dashcam directly below the mirror housing cover. I got power from the fuse panel located above the brake/gas pedals. Just remove the two push rivots to gain access.
