Cluster and Passenger Navigation issues

I have a 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee L Summit. For over 6 months now, the navigation has not been displaying the colored routes on the instrument cluster like it does on main head unit. It doesn’t display the colored routes on the passenger screen either. Mind you, the colored routes was displaying on the instrument cluster, the main head unit, and the passenger screen before. I have been to the dealership 6x and over and they can’t seem to resolve the issue.
I have been in communication with Uconnect as well and nothing has been positive so far. Does anyone have an idea as to what the issue could be? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
