Can Jeep Cares look into failed feature

Sometime in February ‘25 ,I suspect, the verbal command “Hey U Connect” and/or “Hey Jeep” stopped working. I also suspect this happened with an OTA update around that time. The only reason I feel there was an update is the appearance of the screen in the off road pages. The overall look is a bit smaller on each of the OR screens. (i.e. the vehicle gauge screen originally showed gauges as big as the speedometer and rpm in the driver cluster.) I first noticed an issue when driving along the highway and I wanted to look for a particular stop. I called out the command as I have done many times before but this time there was no response. I couldn’t redirect my navigation via a verbal command to a stop while moving along the highway. Later on when I had the time I double check this feature under settings to make sure it was still checked…and it was. So I think it’s something that has to be corrected via another OTA update that will re-connect this verbal command feature.
