Auto stop/start has never worked - Since new

Hello,

I bought a 2023 GCL Overland in October 2023. The stop/start feature has never worked since new. The car has 14,900 miles, and when I take it to the dealership to be checked, they tell me several conditions must be met before the system activates. I even had the second battery looked at, and it is working fine. I don't know what else to do. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I have had several Jeeps over the years that have had S/S and they all worked sporadically. It was totally dependent on how many miles I drove a day. Since I am retired now and may only drive 20 miles a week, the S/S never works. If I drive 100 miles or so it will start working again for a day or so and then quit till I take a long drive. When I was working out in Auburn Hills I had a 70 mile round trip commute every day and it always worked. Now it works only every once in awhile and I am always surprised when it kicks in. I have had at least 10 vehicles with this system and every one of them worked like this.
