All weather mats.

I bought the little cargo matt from Jeep for behind the 3rd row and the weathertech mats for all three rows. It's nice in that the third row mat also covers the area between the captain's chairs (if you don't have a Summit/Reserve with the second row console.

I gave up on the Jeep mats after the dealer gave me a dozen dealers showing 'one set in stock' and I called every one of them to find out that the set they had in stock were for sold vehicles that hadn't been delivered yet. Buy weathertech or wait a couple months, or more. I'm not sure they'll have them in Feb either as it changed from "jan" availability to Feb, to 'Feb/in development'.

Just bumping this topic. Anyone have any new info or luck on getting backordered mats delivered?
My order went in early Nov and I am sure a lot of you out there are in front of me in line!

I called a couple dealerships and the parts guys have all said they can’t even place more orders into the backlog. I think they lost their rubber supplier, so they dont even have the materials to produce them. Can’t confirm that, but that’s what I’ve heard.

As of now, it seems like weathertech is the best option. Tux Mats and Husky will likely release their offerings in the near future.

we have a large dealership in Long Island NY, Westbury Jeep and i spoke to them today. He advised that he has 10 set for the 2 row coming in next week and to stop in and put a deposit on a set. I tried to give him CC over the phone but wouldn’t take it. I’ll let you know when i visit the dealer tomorrow………Stay tuned.

Just buy the weathertech they look and fit great! I really wanted the Jeep mats too but was tired of waiting and ordered them just before our GCL arrived.

Our dealer said that Factory weather matts will not be available until May. I have seen that on other sites too. So since they are paying for them...they are to get us Weather Tech. We shall see. This has not been a great buying experience so far.

"You think you hate it now, just wait until you drive it!" (National Lampoon's Vacation)

And really, wait until you drive it for two days and then spend months with no infotainment and dozens of other electrical and/or mechanical problems, like a lot of us.

I bought the weathertech mats, and they work well. For me, they're better for the second and third row because they cover the empty middle section between the captain's chairs in the second row (Overlands don't have a console there). Apparently you can get a Jeep logo sticker to replace the Weathertech sticker, if that matters to you, too.
