Air Suspension | Chip Shortage

Any Idea when we'll be able to order a 2022 GC with air suspension? I'm surprised there isn't more information about this floating around. Or I'm missing it!

Nice. I’m not looking for the rear entertainment. Just a 2 row overland. Air suspension isn’t available on the online builder yet but I’ll have to check with a dealer then. Figured I was going to have to wait another year or so.

It's standard equipment on the Overland.

Yeah it should be but I was reading the chip shortage has them rolling out without the air suspension and giving a $750.00 credit for it. Hope I’m wrong though.

Called my dealer and the air suspension isn't available yet unfortunately. Even in the V8 Overland.
Your dealer knows nothing.
There's plenty of evidence based on Inventory Search and window stickers that no V8 or Summit Reserve was ever deleted the QL.
And now that the only choice is 2022 model year, all Overland and Summit regardless of engine are shipping out with the QL included.

Call another dealer, the one your talking to is really bad at their job. It takes a few minutes to confirm this just looking at whats coming out of the plant

Interesting, haven't seen the window stickers. I'll call some more dealers—He said he called his factory rep though. The jeep builder online still only lists Normal Duty suspension as an option too. Even for the V8 Overland.

unfortunately the Jeep builder also means nothing, they've had issues with the accuracy of info since they opened the tool in May.

This one is a 2021 Overland V8 built in November, no QL deleted:

This one is 2022 Overland V6 with the basic package, Air suspension and towing package included:

All vehicles list normal duty suspension even if they have air suspension. That wording is meaningless.

I can't find a dealer who can order me air suspension. Called 3 dealerships in the area, they all say it's unavailable at the moment. Previously the jeep builder listed the specific suspension option. But hear you guys on the accuracy of that thing. I just want to buy one and can't get anyone to sell me one.

Just built a two row GC Overland. Under the Standard Features / Mechanical Features it lists Air Suspension 1/2 way down. Kicker is to make sure you select a 4x4 and not a 4x2

Thanks for the replies. I think I'll go into the dealership with this info. CSmith good call, I see it in the mech features. Not sure why the dealership can't pull up this info! I'll update if I get anywhere.

@invalid_choice If a dealer states he can not order with it, beware of the dealership. Dealers can order it as a sold order, but as a dealer stock it may be deleted due to inventory. Sold orders take precedent over dealer stock.
There have been many dealers caught in the game of ordered vehicles using fictitious names and or older customer names and then selling to someone else thus preventing the delete and or moving ahead of a dealer stock order. In doing so, when Stellantis see's the order does not match the sale, they then penalize the dealership by suspending them from placing sold orders, only dealer stock.
Many folks have ordered vehicles from these same dealerships being told they are sold orders, but in reality they are for dealer stock one of two things occur, it arrives with deleted items or it continues to be delayed waiting for inventory.
Make sure if they are building you a vehicle it states: Scheduling Priority- Sold Order
