Also, the “360 degree view” for the 2023 Overland on Jeep’s build site does show McIntosh speakers.

You are not getting me here. RDH will NOT show as an option because it's not an option, it is standard equipment on the Overland. You can't order it as an option as it is already there by default.
I am going by the official Stellantis code guide used to order cars. You can see it is standard on the Overland and Summit not available on the other 2 Here is a screenshot:

Can't find any 2023 4xe on dealer lots here but there are 2022 4xe Overlands and the RDH is standard as can be see by this sticker, "19 Speaker High–Performance Audio" listed as standard.

None have been built.
I know that "2023 model year will open for orders in Q3 2022 with deliveries estimated to begin Q4 2022." Not sure I believe that quote though. However there are 365 2022 4xe's on dealer lots within 50 miles from where I live. They are allowing configuration and ordering the 2023 on the company car website. A fully maxed out 2023 4xe Summit I just configured comes out at $79,626 Factory wholesale US dollars on company car, this is $107,082 Canadian but then I have no idea of Canadian pricing. I can't price for Canada as I am not a Chrysler Canada retiree.

On another site, a user has a 2023 4xe order that his dealer says is scheduled to ship on December 9, though I believe that in this particular context, “ship” actually refers to the scheduled build date.

Typically, they try to start all outstanding orders for a model year before they start on the next (apart from test vehicles, review samples, etc.) so this suggests that the 2022/2023 4xe switchover is imminent. (Since they’ve been building 2022s with “2023 MY specs” for several months, they may not be as strict about the transition as usual, though.)

Thanks for this research, but it remains confusing to find what is or isn't available on the '23 Overland, (and possibly other trims that I haven't investigated). The RDH definitely was included in the 10.1" display option on the '22 Overland. But that also shows the Off Road Group and a gray interior as options, though neither is now available.
For the '23 Overland ICE, there is a separate option for the RDH, where the 10.1" screen, formerly optional, is now standard. But that option doesn't appear on the 4xe. Also, for '23, the Off Road option no longer appears, and the only interior color is black for both ICE and 4xe.

So if the Jeep site isn't accurate, I don't know what to think. The dealers I've spoken to so far also seem to think they can't order RDH, or any other interior color on the '23 models. There are other errors/inconsistencies on the jeep.com website that I've reported to them, that have not been address in the 2 months since I contacted them.

On the ICE models, the code guides (which dealers have access to), list an option called RCA which includes RDH. This option is optional on the summit Overland and Summit but ONLY standard on the Summit Reserve model.
For 2023 4xe there is no RCA package but RCA and RDH are listed as standard on the overland and summit (no option). If your dealer cannot figure this out, then they can't read the guide guide which is provided to them. The code guide is the bible, the Jeep build site is not. Dealers cannot order what is standard as I have said many times.

Canadian 4xe's are excluded from employee pricing & ineligible for government rebates.
Loaded '23 SR 4xe $102k CAD
Are you saying Canadian corporate retirees cannot order company car leases? You can logon company car as a Mexican or Canadian retiree. All I was saying was I cannot price a Canadian lease as I am not a Canadian retiree, I can only logon the USA retiree site and price Factory and MSRP prices for the USA.

There have been dozens of errors on the Jeep build tool just since the 4xe was introduced. Off the top of my head:
* The base model 4xe was originally referred to as the Limited, and the detailed specs even listed Limited badging on It.
* You used to be able to add Hands-Free Active Driving Assist to some 2022 models. That has never been available.
* It has occasionally shown the Off-Road Group as an option for the 2022 Overland, but that configuration was never orderable in the US.
* Depending on where you looked, three different answers were given for 4xe towing capacity.
* It occasionally offered colors that have never been available.
* It occasionally failed to offer colors that were available.
* The 360-degree view has occasionally shown things that shouldn’t be there, like showing the passenger screen on some models that didn’t have it. I think there were also issues with the type of sunroof and the size of the main screen on some ICE models.

In short, you should treat the build tool as an unreliable source, and verify anything it tells you on topics that are important to you. Whenever it disagrees with your dealer, the build tool is probably wrong.

Ok, that 2023 4xe guide is very helpful. There's no confusion about dealers being unable to order what is standard, but considerable confusion over what is or isn't standard, (as the jeep.com site excludes it from the standard equipment list). I guess the jeep.com build site is meaningless for now, (though it has been reliable over the decades that I've ordered Jeeps in the past). But what still leaves the water a bit muddy is that the RCA option appears to refer only to the speaker count, not the amplifier, but I guess you're saying that it includes the RDH amp.

Also, since you have that reference, and are paying more attention to it than dealers, do you see any possible way to select a non-black interior on the Overland? Thanks,

I'm not a dealer. Is that suggesting that you've seen a way for a dealer to do that? The ones I've asked don't seem to think it's possible, so either the options are different in Canada, or I need to find a dealer that knows the system better.

Sorry, the new code guide issued 12/07 has a single color for the interior, Global Black, no other option. Sorry. DealerConnect is for dealers, perhaps Jake22 is saying your dealer already should know what is available. I worked on DIAL (Dealer Information Access Link) which was before DeallerConnect. I am sure Jake22 knows of this old system. Hughes VSAT network. I knew everyone at Chrysler who had anything to do with the old Hughes VSAT DIAL network for dealers. I digress, Black is all they have to offer.
