2021 Weird Noise and stutter

Hi All, new here…5500 miles

Have two issues (I think)

1 - when coasting at low speeds with radio off I seem to hear a low bass like sound from the rear. It almost sounds like the subwoofer very lowly. Seems to happen over very small road imperfections (I think). Am I going crazy and is it just normal road noise? Dealer couldn’t replicate.

2 - when decelerating and then accelerating at various speeds (mainly 28mph) the car stutters (not sure that’s the right word) but a vibration from the pedals is felt. Dealer replicated said it’s normal transmission behavior but did say they would log an issue with Stellantis. Is there no fix and is anyone else experiencing?

Thanks

I’ve had my Jeep in several times for the stutter and an audible click when downshifting. I’ve been told that it’s normal or “could not duplicate”. By two dealers. I believe neither of them. A new transmission (after break-in) should not act like it is lost and has no idea what gear it needs to be in. Mine has over 11k miles now

I agree. Unfortunately I think we’re going to have to live with it. I don’t know what else to do.

Mine is in the shop for the sixth time since I bought it at the end of August…. If I pick mine up next Wednesday and this dealership says they couldn’t duplicate any of the 11-12 problems i brought in for, I’m getting rid of it. The direct financial loss of selling it is less than the indirect financial cost (time) of dealing with missing time at work, having to bum rides for coworkers (because no one gives loaners), etc.

Have something similar when moving through traffic around 15-25 mph when the vehicle is in third gear. Almost feels like the transmission is bouncing off of the current gear and the RPMs also bounce subtly (maybe 100-150). It feels very uneasy and feels like the trans is not happy with what is happening. I also have noticeable downshifts from 6 to 5 and 5 to 4 gears. Can't imagine any of this or other's comments here are normal as it relates to the transmission.

My build date is 9/21 and have just over 3000 miles on the vehicle. Couldn't be more disappointed. I have about a dozen issues that have not been resolved ranging from the back liftgate auto-open not working well over 50% of the time, dial tone noise from massaging seats, glitchy UX with Carplay, brake fade, etc. etc.

Having the same issues as you along with a weird vibration coming from the engine as the vehicle comes to stop. It's audible and felt throughout the vehicle by passengers as well. Not a good feeling coming from a vehicle with 14k miles. Initial visit to dealership the tech said it couldn't be detected. Almost forgot, the stop-start system just stopped working as well, not sure if there is a link. going back to get fixed on 1/10/23 and will update.

My start/stop hasn’t worked in months. My vehicle shudders as well (along with several other issues). Has done it since I bought it brand new, now have 28k miles on it. Had multiple dealerships refuse service. Working through things now with my attorney.
