I get around 17 mpg in city and easily exceed 25 mpg on the highway when travelling at 65 mph without any reason to adjust speed Traffic, construction etc.).

Alright fellas... love my GCL, but talk about bait and switch. With around 1K miles driven since purchase i'm getting around 16mpg... mostly dallas subarban driving where there are no real traffic back ups and 45mph speed limit.

I'm feeling a little duped by jeep. While i've not taken a hwy trip yet, I cant speak to highway mpg. Has anyone hit MPG numbers for GCL as advertised? I'm extremely disappointed.
Just did 400 miles and got 25.3 average 70mph

Just finished a long road trip. I had a 24.4 mpg for highway. The full tank has an approximate 560 miles range. IMG_8704.jpg

2021 JGCL Limited V6 - Driving to work 5 days a week - 50 miles total roundtrip. 20% City - 80% Highway. Southern California congestion freeways, some hill grade, and signal light driving. My style of driving is cruising not getting the speedometer above 70 MPH, RPM at 2,000 - 2,500 while cruising. Some passing acceleration while avoiding dangers or idiotic drivers will get me decent MPG's. My miles per gallon computer score is 23; I'm pretty happy with the MPG's.

That difference between wheel size I think is playing a 3-4 mpg down difference for us Laredo owners.
I doubt that. You still have the same outside tire diameter, no? Add to that some typical weight savings with smaller wheels and you should get better MPG.

Solid numbers on the return trip. During purely highway driving, I'm usually in the 23+ MPG range. I'm at 3K miles right now, so hoping for a little continued improvement throughout the next 10K. But I'm pretty satisfied as-is.

GCL limited V6. Normally get 20-23 mixed hwy/city, but much better on the highway. Last long road trip from Portland to Seattle I averaged 30.5 but I had to really try to drive efficiently.

Wow, averaging over 30 MPG seems like a big right-tail outlier. I think my best highway average for a single trip was ~25+ MPG (cruise control @ 75 MPH)

I have gotten 27.4 at a steady 65mph on flat terrain with little wind. I have found that going 75 drops MPG by 3 MPG.

2350 miles round trip with 900 mile trip on freeway each way and the rest mixed between around town mileage and more freeway. 18.6 mpg overall for the 3.6 and this is with a car top carrier. With my BMW X5 that trip would have been more like 22mpg same conditions.

On the freeway most of the “instantaneous” mpg readings were 20.something. Again this is with a fully loaded car, car top carrier, and going about 78 mph. Also to add some parts of the trip were quite windy, thought they seemed to be a pretty good crosswind so hard to say if any real benefit of detrement.

Also this means with a full tank range was 425 miles and again that is with a ton of freeway driving.

Lastly the gas tank seems to be about exactly 23 gal as I ran it pretty low on the warning light and put in 22.6 gal. Warning light came on with about 40 miles range I think, so two gallons left in tank.

I now have 1500 miles and I get around ~16 city, yesterday was on the highway for 46 miles round trip and was so surprised to see 25 miles per gal. So far I'm happy.

I get 99 MPG while coasting down hills. :) I have the V6 and I get around 17 for local driving and around 22 on the highway in Southern California. It seems like I am always driving uphill and stuck in traffic on the downhill parts.

I just finished a drive from Charlotte, NC to Stamford CT. 688 miles, 3 adults and a full trunk of cargo. My final tally was 20.6 mpg. Not hateful. I have a '22 JGC Summit Reserve Hemi. On my '21 JGC High Altitude with the V6 which is not Full time 4X4, but shiftable 4WD,we typically see around 23-24 mpg with the same trip and circumstances. I typically run 5-7 mph over the speed limit, so we run the entire trip between 70-75 mph.
