GCL on 22’s

Where did you buy these? I have been looking online for 22s and many sites do not carry them for the GCL.
Had them ordered from discount tire. the ET35’s aren’t in the catalog yet so they just charged the same as ET25’s and then called Status Wheels and manually overrode the order in their system.

Your L looks so good like that. Has a lowered look now.

I have Hellcat replica wheels on my GCL. I went from the stock 18s to 22s. The wheels are 22x9.5. Went from 265/60/18 to 265/40/22.

I actually bought these for my 2020 GC North edition but traded that in with the stock wheels and put the 22s on this one.

I found the wheels I want and going with 22x10 with 285/40/22 tires for summer and stock 20s with all terrain tires for desert.

Stock is 275/45R21 and these are 275/45R22…hence the same sidewall with a 1” increase in overall diameter (31.7” vs stock 30.7”). Half of the increase fills the wheel well, which is why the wheel is now about a 0.5” closer to the steering knuckle. And yes, the speedo is off by 3.3% but fortunately Mopar has a sales code for folks who plus size tires. Costs about $99 unless you have a awesome dealer like mine who comps it during my first service (did the same on my JT when I jumped to 37’s).
@GC_chief - Can you help me out with what I will need to have the Speedo work correctly. I currently have 265/40/20 set up and going to go with 285/40/22 what set up will I need to purchase to make the Speedo work correctly. Thanks for any help.

You sure that tall of a tire will even fit? I think it will fit the front upper control arm.

you need to go to your dealer and have them calibrate it for a 31” tire…although honestly stock is 30.5” so I’m not sure it’s worth it. Also, 265/40R18 is not an OEM size so if that’s what you’ve been running your speedo was already way off and the new tires should put you closer to stock.

Typo- stock tires are 265/50/20

Sure…starting with stock dimensions: largest oem wheels are 21x9ET50. Tires are 275/45R21. Max OD is approx 32” due to steering knuckle which curves above wheel (virtual ball joint as part of multi-link suspension) and rubbing in entry/exit mode on modes with QLII. On a limited with 18’s you could probably get away with 285/60R18’s on an offset of +35 without loosing any sleep at night. Of course if you’re up for some trim work, I believe at least one person in the forum is going with ET1 on 265/65R18’s (1.7” further out than stock).
Your setup looks great! Just picked my wife up a 2021 Summit Reserve and she wants black wheels. What size / offset did you go with? Appreciate the info on the tire size working with QLII. That's what I'll go with myself. Even down to the Coopers. They've always been a great tire for me. Had to go with Nitto's on my 2019 Ram when I went 22" because they don't go "big" in that wheel size.
