Jeep Grand Cherokee L order status updates….

Received an update via email from Jeep Customer Care: our 2022 GCL Limited will arrive at my dealership the week of 2/8/2022!
I wonder what the deal is with the email?? Seems some get it and some don’t?? Is it for first time buyers or some other criteria??

I've never gotten any e-mails from anybody. I didn't even get one from Cryptostickers because they were down for a few days when mine was actually built :(

Added to my 22 Limited build. $1095 option.


I think the big difference between the '21 and the '22 SR's is the passenger screen - I haven't seen it as an option yet on other trims, but it's well over a grand on the Wagoneer's for essentially the same thing.
It's odd, they don't list it as an option on build and price yet...

Unless the currency is wrong, yours should be $69,295 according to Build & Price on Jeep.com - which matches up with everybody else's sticker and the $395 paint option... I would be making calls if I were you.
Jeep raised their prices on 2022 again and Jeep.com is not up to date. Those are US prices.

Yeah, Definitely something is off since It shows as a sold order, and was ordered 10/16/21. You would think its price protected. I'm going to at least start the convo with my dealer today

So jeep chat confirmed my MSRP is correct at 69,295. They said not sure why the sticker online is not correct

He ordered his before I did, and my sticker matches my order sheet and Jeep.com... I got my total invoice from my dealer yesterday and everything matched up with the price I was given in November.

To my surprise this morning, I got the same email with a delivery date of 2/23/22. Given the daily updates I am getting from chat that show faster progress than I anticipated, this seems like good news. Update from chat today is that it is still int he “scheduling” phase.

Oh….any news from my dealer you ask? Crickets. Lol

I’ll be forwarding this to my sales guy and see what he has to say.


Just received same email..... States mine will arrive the week of 2-14, I am not banking on that.

According to Jeep Chat, my V6 SR has been in Paint for the past 4-5 days. I realize their system doesn't update often and may not be accurate, but I am wondering if anyone else is seeing the same thing.

Everything I've seen is frame/paint/trim, in 1-3 days total.

I inquired about the build progress using Jeep Chat which requires you to provide your contact information. My guess is that this is an automated email from Jeep once there's an estimated delivery date known for the VIN. I haven't contacted my dealer yet about it, but I may see if they've received anything from Jeep too.

I contacted Jeep Chat just about every day, often twice a day. I provided all of my contact info over and over. And I have never gotten an email from Jeep about my build. I think the email is much like the scheduling and build process…it’s just hit and miss with no rhyme or reason to any of it.

Maybe it's something that the dealer has to set you up for?

Mine was unloaded at the rail yard this past weekend. Hoping it gets delivered in a day or two…or three. The rail yard is about 15 minutes from my house. I wish I could just go pick it up…
