    Tow eye for my Summit

We’re not in Europe. Still not helpful. Jeep cut corners for some reason. Hopefully the aftermarket will come up with a viable solution.

    Tow eye for my Summit

You are deflecting. Can you not just agree that recovery hooks would be useful to the segment of buyers that actually need the 4WD capability of the GC. Agreed that not everyone does. You still didn’t answer how to load on flatbed without tow eye.

    Tow eye for my Summit

Why defend what you know is wrong? What is the proper method to load on flatbed? Jeep should have put recovery hooks on the Summit also. Why bother with off road air suspension and eLSD and not add recovery hooks?

    AUTOMATIC CAR WASH PROBLEM

I knew I should’ve just said “at speed”. Just trying to make the point, that the default FAD mode is engaged and the center differential is also always engaged. I have not studied it the disconnect. My daily driver is an 09 JKU. Wife drives our WL during the week. Then when I do drive, she...

    AUTOMATIC CAR WASH PROBLEM

Everything I have been able to find points to the center differential being engaged but not locked by default. I can’t confirm, but I believe the Front Axle Disconnect (FAD) is part of the front differential, not the Transfer case. The FAD is only disconnected at highway speed. In the car...

    AUTOMATIC CAR WASH PROBLEM

As Sarge and others mentioned, front and rear are always tied together. Neutral disconnects from engine, but not front/back. Front wheels hit belt and stop rolling, back wheels keep rolling causing wind up in drivetrain. Rear hits gap getting on treadmill and unwinds the built up tension...

Jeep continues to build 2022 4xe?

To be fair, they just started delivering a few months ago as the threat of economic gloom and higher interest is being felt. If the had a bunch built, waiting on a part or something, I could see a surge in inventory. We have 2 row Summit and it’s still rare that we see one on the road. That...

New 2023 Summit Reserve Pass Seat Lumbar

That is disappointing, but it should be an easy fix with no permanent issues if it is just a faulty connection at the seat. More challenging if it is upstream.

10k and 8 months on 22 Hemi Summit 4wd. Only CarPlay issues that are solved by a reboot. We will buy extended warranty through.

    '23 2-row V8 Summit w/eLSD

But what is your point? Twisting the knife on US forum members that want a V8 or a eLSD? Yay Canada is better than the US because you can get the V8 or the ORG. I get the you are retired, have nothing better to do, and have lot’s of experience you wish to share, but you spend a lot of time...

    '23 2-row V8 Summit w/eLSD

With eLSD Delete. We have already established that Canada is still getting V8’s for now. Why did you post this? What is your point?
