Just heard back from my dealer after opening the star case, they will be changing out the valve body also. Now it's just a waiting game as the part is on back order

Could be completely different issue but my wife had a similar sound in a '13 Dodge Journey years ago. If I remember correctly turned out to be something with the AC and water was collecting but not draining caused by a clog. Dealer cleared what ever it was a was fine after that.
