I can’t find the information any longer but it is a design flaw. Mine ended up failing again after the post and long story short, i had the car declared a lemon. I ended up ordering a ‘23 GCL SR Hemi that Jeep paid for under the Lemon Law.

There is a TSB out about the rear hatch sensor being faulty and draining the battery. Have them check that.

Be sure that the front and rear are synced.
