I had the same issue, press the assist button tell them you paddle shifters are disabled but you warranty is over. It’s a known issue they will create a case and authorize the dealer to fix it no charge. I had my done at no cost 72k miles, no extended warranty’s
If your tail lights work are they just inspecting and closing the recall? Does anyone have non-working taillights. I’ve heard a lot of complaints on here but that is not one I think I’ve heard even once. Why can’t they do a recall on something we all complain about.
remember when they said we get software updates over the air that will add features and improve performance…….what a joke, updates break stuff that works. Never seen a new feature. Important updates like the telematics update need to be performed at the dealer.
