Dome Light On Time

Does anyone know how to control how long the interior lighting will stay on with the doors open? Ours shuts off very quickly which is a problem when we're tailgate camping or dealing with dogs in the back.
I didn't see it in the settings (maybe I overlooked it?) and the two control roller switches next to the headlight switch don't seem to affect it.
Thanks!

I noticed this also and it is annoying. I think it is a battery saving feature. The only workaround I found is to manually turn on the interior lights with the overhead console push button.

I don't know if this would work but it does work on other cars. If you left the overhead light on, I would think the system will eventually turn it off as a battery savings function. You could try it since those lamps are LED and don't draw much power. Experiment and give it 10 min or so after you shut off the engine!

As far as I am concerned, the lights turn off for power-saving reasons. One way to go around it is by turning the lights on manually. In that case, the lights will stay on for longer - usually, until you turn them off afterward. I am pretty sure you could make some changes in the settings/menu and increase the time how long the lights stay on as well, however, I haven't tried it myself. It is mostly because I change my interior car lights for led stripes and control them from my phones instead of using the car buttons.

That only works for lights that have a button. The tailgate lights don't have a button only the from dom/map lights have buttons.
