That picture is weird because the mopar hitch they sell definitely does not come out below the bumper. I also checked with uhaul they sell the same hitch for less. I’ve attached a picture from the install guide.

Just watched a YouTube video on the install, it goes exactly where the factory hitch goes. BUT, installing yourself is a pain, the entire rear bumper must be removed AND the exhaust on both sides also needs to be moved.
I just got the service done and I needed both the hitch and the wiring. The mechanic said that the wiring was much more involved than just the hitch piece. Here are the pics. Took the dealer 4 days to install.
