Or just wear rose-colored glasses.:rolleyes: Guarantee you this is just the beginning, unfortunately. And once the problems are identified, they won't be able to get the parts/chips to fix them for months.

I'll let you guys know about any warning lights- Day #1 after picking up mine.

At the shop having the console PPF protectant placed and the front (orange) and rear reflectors (red) completely blacked out with vinyl. Will send some pics when completed.

Which spot did you end up going to? Doing tint too?

I ended up going to Kemah (Ultimate Ceramic Coatings and PPF). Long drive, but they did a decent job. The biggest problem that I've seen is that there is no expel cutout directly that matches the trailhawk, Summit or Overland. We went through dozens of options on the Xpel website. The pieces that were a problem were the PPF around the drive dial/select terrain/Quadralift and the lack of a circular piece for the top of the dial. The owner, Steve, printed out a circle used for a Ford dual that was almost perfect. Also got it tinted at Executive Motorsports. Final project w blacked-out reflectors attached. 20220617_170754.jpg

So, if the Trailer Tow Package is standard equipment but they don't come with the hitch receiver, just what DOES come with that package and what is the use of it???

Yeah? Where's the hitch receiver?? Don't see one in any of the pics. Or do you not know what one of those is?
It's there ,it's behind a plastic cover along the bumper, versus on the wk2 it is exposed without a cover (except on the Summit wk2 I believe). Calm down, breathe, it's all going to be ok 😊.

I'm still tied to my order I backed out of until delivery and just got notification that my build sheet and window sticker are available. Build was completed 6/16. Delivery still TBD. I'm sure the dealership already has someone lined up to buy it when it comes in. I'm still a fan of these Jeeps, but I'm also happy with my decision to back out and go another route. Wishing you all luck with your Trailhawks! They look sweet.
