Key Fobs losing pairing?

So thankfully this hasn't happened to me yet, but since I picked my L up in early February, I'm a bit concerned, has anybody heard about this?

Basically the article says that recent Grand Cherokee L's are randomly having their Key Fob's unpair and leaving them stranded...

I read that this morning also. Kind of scary. I checked the TSB's and nothing seems noted yet. Maybe too early for Jeep to recognize the problem yet.

A post from another forum:

It looks like they issued a stop-sale for "certain 2022 Model Year (WL) Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles." The bulletin on the forum doesn't say exactly which ones unfortunately.

I have a build date of 02/09/22, and was suppose to be getting the vehicle this week. Anyone know how we can find out exactly which models are affected by this issue?

Just a quick follow-up. Since my MY22 V6 GCL SR is scheduled to arrive in next week or two, I used Jeep Chat to have them check to see if my vehicle was affected by this issue. If you plan to do this as well, please note that I had to give them the exact name of the bulletin, "New Customer Satisfaction Notification Advanced Communication - Z23" so that they could check to see if my VIN was on the list of affected vehicles.

Jeep Chat said the following when I asked about this today:
Thank you for waiting, ******, I can see the vins affected by Z23 are currently live and I do not see it on your vehicle so your vehicle would not be included in the stop sale

This says to me that there is a good possibility any GCL SR built on or after 2/9 should not be affected by this issue. 🤞

I feel for all you folks who are affected, but at least you now know how to find out if your vehicle is on the list or not. Good luck!

Jeep Chat told me they didn't have any information on Z23 so I sent them the link to the bulletin from the forum you posted and I asked her to please ask somebody. She then said she consulted with her "mentor" and said that my VIN was not affected, but I'm not really convinced :(

Yeah, I am still going to double check with my dealer to be sure. But that information is exactly what they will need to know to check.

I think the link attached below can check this for you. I put in my VIN for a GCL SR V6 with a build date of 1/22 (haven’t received it yet) is affected.

https://www.mopar.com/en-us/my-vehicle/recalls/search.html
Can you post the screen of what it says for you? My vin isn't showing any recalls on that site, but from the timeline I should be in the group, unless they really know exactly what the issue was and when it happened...

My build date was 1/20 and is not included in this group.

So, maybe I missed it, but is there any information on what the affected build dates actually are?

My dealer received 7 Grand Cherokee l's on the 24th. 5 of them are parked because of the stop sale and my 22 limited was not effected. All the glitches seem to be effecting the higher trims more then the lower ones. I have the black out package, tow prep , panoramic roof, 10.1 and lux tech 2 package. Have not had any issues yet.
